Business Budgets, Forcasts and Projections - assist with establishing sensable and realistic budgets, forecasts and projections, complete with industry comparison. Internal Control Systems - we can assist in reviewing the internal control systems of your business and make recommendations that could improve your operating efficiency and help to minimize fraud. Our fees are usually based on time spent depending upon the hourly rate of the employees assigned to your engagement, plus out-of pocket costs.  However, we do quote fixed fees if we are realistically able to estimate the time to complete the assignment.
