Through NetClient, we set up your accounting records, and train you and your staff how to use it.  There is no software to buy and maintain by you or cost for training your staff. This allows you to process and maintain your company's banking, accounts receivables and accounts payable transactions.  You can review or print customer invoices, customer statements, vendor checks, various customer and vendor reports. As an added value, you will receive from us on a monthly basis, a variety of professionally prepared financial statements with budget comparisons, financial analysis, general ledger, trial balance, journal entries with a complete audit trail and financial advice to improve your business.  In the event of a fire, water damage, flooding or other natural disaster, such as hurricanes, tornados or earth quakes, clients can access their data anytime, from any where in the world, once they have access to the Internet. NetClient use Application Service Provider (ASP) technology, where our clients access our accounting programs through our website, instead of from a desktop installation. We provide clients with secure, private, and personalized portals. When clients visit our website, they simply select the tab for NetClient Login and enter their user ID and password to gain access to the portals and the accompanying bookkeeping and accounting software. When you are ready to take a live tour of our NetClient secured environment and the Client Bookkeeping Solution programs, please go to the log-in screen on our website. Type in CBS Demo Client for client name or ID and "password" at the password prompt. Click on the "green tick mark" or the description Client Bookkeeping Solution for Demo Licence button at the right side of the screen.  Be patient as you are taken to the user sign-in page.  Just click ok or the enter key as we did not require a password from you for this demonstration.  Once you arrive at the Client Bookkeeping Solutions main menu select Open Company. Please select either of CBS Sample Company (full bookkeeping software) or Checkwriter Sample Company (banking transactions only). Once the company opens up, feel free to navigate around the program from the icons on the left side or at the top of the screen (see the drop down menu options).  Please feel free to add transactions, bank accounts, customers and vendors names and the like and whatever information you wish to learn more about the program.  See our Macromedia presentation below, to learn more about NetClient and to review the NetClient Power Point and Client Bookkeeping Solution Power Point for more details.  When you are ready to sign out, please click the "X" button at the top right of the screen.  Be patient, as the program compacts the data before it closes to preserve space. You have to also wait until you are released from the Windows Server. Finally you should click the log out button on the right side of the screen.  You will then be returned to our website where you can click the "X" button at the top of the screen to leave the site.
