About Beneby & Company    The Firm consists of Bahamian accountants and auditors and was founded in 1985 by Jeffrey Beneby.  Mr. Beneby is the CEO of the Firm, with over thirty three years of Public Accounting and Banking experience. Mr. Beneby was one of the original Bahamians who qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California, USA, in 1978.  He is a graduate of the University of Detroit. He is also a member and licensee of The Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants, having previously served as a Council member. His experience with a Big Four International Accounting Firm in The Bahamas and the United States, opened up opportunities for him in international banking as well.  He was Manager of Internal Audit for a consortium banking group with responsibilities for audits in Nassau, Luxembourg and London.  His banking experience included foreign currency trading, treasury management, letters of credit, euro-dollar loans and deposits, investments, managed banks, trusts and other fidicuiry services. The Firm provides Client Accounting, Audits and Reviews, Consulting, and Corporate Recovery & Insolvency Services. Our emphasis is on providing personalized services by maintaining constant contact with our clients.
